Marine Tech

Job Type: Full-Time

This is a full time position that is responsible for diagnosing and performing all repairs on customer owned marine engines. This will include troubleshooting, tearing down, cleaning, inspecting and assembling parts. Must be skilled with mechanical and electrical tasks. Marine mechanic degree preferred with technical skills to include ability to repair or provide maintenance to outdoor motors, lower units, stern drive engines, drive units, fuel systems, carburetors, starting, charging, ignition and power train and tilt on all brands. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Requires ability to interact with customers, and complete paperwork accurately and timely. Digital Marketing Assistant


Position Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the Marketing Director and outside agency partners to continually develop, implement, and refine our overall brand strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion across all digital channels as well as our store front.

Location: Mack's Prairie Wings in Stuttgart, AR

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 8 hour shift

    • Key Responsibilities:
  • ● Develop and execute organic social media calendar for all owned channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok
  • ● Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling for social media channels and blog content
  • ● Develop and organize lifestyle content for all channels
  • ● Develop online sales flyers
  • ● Capturing high-quality images for catalog and online use
  • ● Community management for owned social channels, engaging with the community and escalating any issues to customer service to address
  • ● Coordinate and manage giveaways with brands and/or micro influencers on social and fulfill prizes accordingly
  • ● Maintain monthly reports for organic social and share results with Director
  • ● Assist Director on execution of paid campaigns with digital marketing agency
  • ● Assist Director on email campaigns
  • ● Assist Director on all online and in-store events
  • ● Assist Director on any future programs
  • ● Identify and share digital trends, insights and best practices
  • ● Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • ● Other duties may be assigned as needed

    • Requirements:
  • ● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is suggested but not required
  • ● 1+ year of experience in digital marketing and social media
  • ● Enjoys the outdoors and the hunting industry
  • ● Passion for all things digital
  • ● Experience with social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube
  • ● Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns
  • ● Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • ● Ability to work with designers, product, marketing, sales, external influencers, and other industry experts;
  • ● Experience in Canva, Photoshop, Indesign, and Excel.
  • ● Experience in Netsuite is suggested but not required.
